      The real-estate foreign investors will re-orient themselves to Romania only in 2012, when the prices in Western Europe will grow enough, but now Romania does not present interest, Ilias Papageorgiadis, MORE Real Estate Services Consultancy Comany CEO considers, quoted by NewsIn.
      “In 2010, will pass the bottom line of the crisis. Then, in 2011, the real-estate sector will slowly come back so as in 2012 to come back with force. In the same year, the prices will grow a lot in Europe and this is how the foreigners will re-orient themselves to Romania”,

      Investitorii străini în sectorul imobiliar se vor reorienta către România abia în 2012, când preţurile din Europa de Vest vor creşte destul de mult, însă acum România nu prezintă interes, consideră CEO-ul companiei de consultanţă imobiliară MORE Real Estate Services, Ilias Papageorgiadis, citat de NewsIn.
      “În 2010, vom trece prin linia de jos a crizei. Apoi, în 2011, sectorul imobiliar îşi va reveni încet, pentru ca mai apoi, în 2012, să intre în forţă. În acel an, vor creşte preţurile în Europa foarte mult şi astfel, investitorii străini se vor reorienta către România”, a declarat astăzi, în cadrul unei conferinţe de presă directorul general al companiei de consultanţă imobiliară MORE Real Estate Services, Ilias Papageorgiadis.
      Acesta a criticat totodată atitudinea oamenilor de afaceri români în ceea ce priveşte micile sau marile tranzacţii din sectorul imobiliar, acum în perioadă de criză.
      “Preţurile din Europa de Vest sunt încă scăzute. Dacă în Occident găseşti un apartament cu 800 euro/metru pătrat, de ce să cumperi unul în România la un preţ mai mare? Şi ce condiţii de stabilitate sunt în România? Afară primesc în plus condiţii bune, preţuri avantajoase şi respect. Poate România să ofere aceleaşi lucruri?”, se întreabă directorul general al MORE Real Estate Services. El consideră că “investitorii din România nu au învăţat nimic acum din această perioadă de criză”.

      MORE Real Estate Services este o companie de consultanţă, care a intrat pe piaţa din România în 2004. Până în prezent, compania a acordat consultaţă pentru tranzacţii a căror valoare depăşeşte în total 400 milioane euro.
      Pe lângă consultanţă, MORE Real Estate Services caută proprietăţi, le finanţează, fiind specializată pe sectorul comercial şi de retail (însemnând proiecte în agricultură şi energetice).

      He criticized at the same time the attitude of the Romanian business people regarding the small or big transactions in the real-estate sector, now during the crisis.
      “The prices in Western Europe are still down. If in Occident you can find an apartment at 800 euros/sq.m. , why would you buy one in Romania at a bigger price? And how stable is the situation in Romania? In plus, they get better conditions, advantageous prices and respect. Can Romania offer the same things?”, Real Estate Services Managing Director is wondering. He considers that ” the Romanian investors didn’t learn anything from this period of crisis”.

      MORE Real Estate Services is a consultancy company which entered the Romanian market in 2004. So far, the company consulted transactions with a value of over 400 mil euros.
      Next to consultancy, MORE Real Estate Services is looking for properties which it finances, being specialized on the commercial and retail sector (meaning agricultural and energetical projects).
