My interview in “Adevarul” newspaper

On Tuesday “Adevarul”, one of the biggest newspapers of Romania, had an interview of mine. I guess because the journalist there had interviewed me in the beginning of this year and what I told her about the market happened exactly as our discussion was then. She was really polite and did her work very good and professionally (usually some of the journalists don’t even understand what you tell them…).

I hope that next week I will have for you the translation available in English and Greek too. The main idea is that she asked me few things about my life and what I did in the 21 years I am working / doing business and then we discussed about the market, where I gave to her my new predictions for the upcoming period. My approach is that we have entered in a negative path, for the next 2 years. No one knows for sure when this will finish, but I don’t think that it will be before 2010. Also I expect the first “bottom line” (the opposite of the peak of a market, anyway, excuse me for my poor English) to be next Easter, in the Spring period. But this stands for all the over evaluated properties. The ones with fair price will continue to be sold like “water in the desert” and I strongly believe that when you find real prices, Romania is still the best place to invest in.
