Guten Tag aus Wien!

Hello from sunny Vienna! Last night I finished my meetings around 23.00, today I woke up at 04.15, changed two planes and arrived at Vienna around 10.30 (local time). The weather is wonderful here and now that you read these lines I am already inside REAL VIENNA, the number 1 Real Estate exhibition of Austria. Today I will have a full schedule of meetings with some of the top market leader of the country (and not only) and tomorrow I will be speaker in the panel for Romania, at 14.15.
I was supposed to have a stand in this exhibition, as I had booked it. But few months ago, I decided to postpone my participation for next year and the representatives of the organizer were professional enough to accept my request (especially since I had prepaid too). My idea was that the crisis is still on its way and it should be better for me to be present in the exhibition in 2010, more or less when I expect the bottom to be reached.
I am very curious to find out if my decision was right or wrong. You will know it too. Stay tuned!
