Investitori din Grecia şi Austria sunt gata să investească în piaţa imobiliară românească 400 de milioane de euro.

       Firma de consultanţă imobiliară More Real Estate Services din Grecia a fost mandatată de către persoane fizice şi fonduri de investiţii să intermedieze tranzacţii de 400 de milioane de euro pe piaţa imobiliară din România, în acest an.
      “Pe piaţa imobiliară românească există multe oportunităţi de investiţii la ora actuală. Cei care vor să facă investiţii în imobiliare ar fi bine să nu mai aştepte, pentru că or să se trezească prea târziu, când nu vor mai exista aceste oportunităţi”, a spus Ilias Papageorgiadis, director general More Real Estate Services.
       Investiţiile de 400 de milioane de euro pe care şi le-a propus să le atragă More Real Estate în piaţa imobiliară românească sunt programate pe parcursul acestui an.
       “Până în prezent am intermediat 17 tranzacţii imobiliare pe mai toate segmentele, retail, rezidenţial şi office”, a precizat Ilias Papageorgiadis, adăugând că în 2008 au fost intermediate tranzacţii în valoare de 150 de milioane de euro.
      Până la sfârşitul anului se aşteaptă alte ieftiniri. “Preţurile vor mai coborî uşor până către sfârşitul acestui an”, susţine directorul More Real Estate Services. Acesta nu este un motiv pentru cei care vor să facă investiţii să mai aştepte.
       “Miliardarul Warren Buffet a spus că este miliardar chiar dacă nu a cumpărat niciodată la cel mai mic preţ şi nici nu a vândut la preţ maxim niciodată”, încearcă să spulbere temerile eventualilor investitori Ilias Papageorgiadis.
       Piaţa imobiliară urmează să îşi mai revină în prima parte a lui 2010, când preţurile vor fi mai stabile, pentru ca în anul următor situaţia să devină şi mai bună.
        Preţurile nu vor mai creşte brusc şi nu vor creşte pentru toate proprietăţile”, a explicat Ilias Papageorgiadis. Cei mai interesaţi de investiţii în imobiliarele româneşti sunt grecii şi austriecii.
