Every weekend: Replying to your comments

 On 22.01.2010, Mr Ioannis Kalaitzidis shared with me his opinion, regarding my post http://www.realinromania-blog.com/top-5-behaviors-of-2009-%e2%80%9ci-prefer-to-starve-than-to-work-your-way%e2%80%9d-2/

 ”I do not want to seem arrogant or disrespectfull, but in my humble opinion, all this has teach us nothing, because in my opinion everything is going to be done again; in 2015 and the same pattern will repeat ! Let’s see if i am right or if i am wrong. The clever guys buy assets when the mass is afraid”.

             I agree with Ioannis’s main idea. Indeed the best moment to buy is when the mass is afraid. Or when the mass can not purchase, due to no financing or other reasons. But today, even though the vast majority of investors are afraid to invest, we do not see the market full of many good properties with low prices. One must be very careful, so as to invest in Romania nowadays, when there are still too many people who have not woken up from the dream of 2007 - 2008.

            The circle will be made again, I agree on this too. But not this year, there is no ground for speculative moves.
