V-am spus in mai multe randuri ca piata nu isi va reveni daca vom fi in continuare ca si in trecut, facand aceleasi greseli. De asemenea nu am incetat niciodata sa pun accentual pe faptul ca principiul de baza ar trebuie sa fie urmatorul: “Clientul este Regele”. Dar chiar si acum, in vreme de criza majora, se pare ca oamenii nu se schimba. Am primit mai multe mesaje din partea investitorilor care sunt dezamagiti de comportamentul agentilor (sau consultantilor) imobiliari fata de ei. Am ales sa raspund emailului din partea unei doamne care a investit deja.
“De ce ne trateaza agentii imobiliari cu FITE?”
“…Si o intrebare: de ce ne trateaza de sus agentii imobiliari? serios, eu nu am inteles niciodata asta. Nu mi-am cumparat casele cu credit, ci cu bani stransi lunar, deci stiu cat de greu este sa strangi sa zicem 100.000 de mii de euro. Nu ma asteptam sa ma aprecieze in mod deosebit, adica sa ma trateze intr-un fel slugarnic, nici vorba, dar am ramas surprinsa de atitudinea lor: toti, fara exceptie, ma tratau de sus, spunandu-mi ca am prea putini bani, ca asta e o suma minora, si alte lucruri care sa ma faca sa ma simt foarte prost, desi potentialul comision de la mine era cat venitul meu pe o luna. Vad ca si pe dvs. va trateaza oamenii astia intr-un fel, ca si cum ei ar avea milioanele si nu clientii dvs. Si sunt nelamurita: castiga atat de mult agentii astia, incat un comision de, sa zicem, 3000 de euro, este putin si de asta isi bat joc de noi? I have been telling you many times that the market will not revive if we continue to be the same ones we were, doing the same mistakes. Saptamana aceasta se lanseaza oficial “Prima Casa II”. In vreme ce sumele garantate sunt cunoscute si toata lumea si-a concentrat atentia asupra lor, atentia mea a fost captata de un alt parametru al noului program: Ministerul Finantelor Publice, Sebastian Vladescu, a anuntat ca va fi introdus un nou nivel de garantie daca sapte sau mai multe persoane se vor asocia pentru a dezvolta ceva impreuna. This week we have the official launching of “Prima Casa II”. While the numbers of guarantees are known and everyone has focused on them, I was captured by another parameter of the new programme: Public Finance Minister Sebastian Vladescu announced that there is a new guarantee introduced, when seven or more people will associate so as to develop something together. I thought I didn’t read well: “Association”? “Together”? Do these words exist in the vocabulary of Romanians (and Greeks), especially in the Real Estate market? Not so far.
