In timp ce asteptam ca noul status al programului “Prima Casa” sa fie anuntat, sunt multi potentiali clienti interesati sa isi achizitoioneze noua lor casa, profitand de garantia Statului. In acelasi timp, fiecare vanzator asteapta de asemenea vestile, de obicei  cu scopul de a cere mai mult, avand in vedere ca suma garantata se asteapata sa creasca si ea. Dar cati dintre cumparatori inteleg de fapt ca sunt foarte aproape de a face o greseala care e posibil sa ii coste enorm pe viitor?

Ce schimbari se asteapta?

Saptamana aceasta a inceput numaratoarea inversa inainte de anuntarea noilor standarde  pentru proiectul “Prima Casa”. In acelasi timp multe persoane asteapta schimbari si in sistemul general de taxare a  proprietatilor. Care sunt schimbarile despre care auzim in fiecare zi? Pe scurt:

  • Suma garantata de Stat va depasi valoarea de 60.000 euro de astazi, ajungand pana la 80.000 euro.(Multi dezvoltatori prevad ca va fi chiar si mai mare, 100.000 euro…)
  • Unii incearca sa fac lobby pentru ca apartamentele vechi sa nu mai primeasca garantia iar noua versiune a “Primei Case” sa se refere doar la casele nou

As we wait the announcements for the new status of “Prima Casa”, there are many potential clients who are interested in buying their new home, taking advantage of the State’s guarantee. In the same time, every seller awaits the news too, usually in order to raise his demands, as the guaranteed sum is expected to increase as well. But how many buyers really understand that they are very close to make a mistake, which may cost to them a lot in future?

 What are the expected changes?

            This week we have entered in the final countdown before the announcement of the new standards for “Prima Casa” project. In the same time many people expect changes also in the overall taxation about the properties. What are the changes that we hear every day?  In short:
